What I Do
Lead
I lead the backend team and run their one-to-ones. When something needs a decision rather than a workaround, I am the one making that case to management.
Mentor
93 sessions on ADPList so far, mostly backend developers working out what to do next. I also spent a year with computing students at Roehampton.
Founder
I started Evaluat in 2022, after one too many load tests came back green on a platform that was failing at peak. It measures what a real browser does, not what the server reports.
